Content and Methodology

This seminar will be taught in English. The planned load is 16 hours: 10 hours will be organized into four in-person classes of 1.5 hours each, and 6 hours will be distributed in inline asynchronous practice.

The main methodology used will be experiential learning within practical approaches with the body, developing in an empirical way several tools to explore and understand your body through movement and awareness.

The idea would be for the participants to come to Alcalá on June 16 afternoon for the welcome so the course would be taught in person on June 17 and 18, and then until the end of June attendees can practice the tools learned asynchronously and submit the reflective journal.
