The one-week event is intended to offer doctoral candidates the opportunity to deal constructively with typical challenges that arise while working on a doctoral project.

Experienced trainers from the EUGLOH partners in Munich, Lund, Hamburg and Tromsø, all of whom are active in the supervision of doctoral candidates, offer instructive input on relevant topics such as motivation, productivity, communication, supervision, good scientific practice and the question ‘What could come after the doctorate’.

All sessions are run interactively to encourage mutual exchange of experience, reflection and interaction.

Content and Methodology

The physical part will take place from 13th of October at 1 p.m. until 17th of October 2025 1 p.m.


An online session is used to prepare for the face-to-face event. The selected participants will be invited in due course.
