Organised by UiT and LMU Munich
The aim of this workshop is to develop a co-created course/COIL. This is a hands-on workshop lead by UiT and LMU Munich that requires participants to actively participate in teams of 2-5 people from at least 2 universities. At the end of the workshop the participating teams will leave with a concrete conceptualisation of their course.
- Pillar 1 introduces lecturers unfamiliar with / refreshes lecturers on the practice of learning objectives. A short introduction into the theory will be followed by the co-creation of learning objectives and subsequent feedback from the other participants.
- Pillar 2 focuses on the ABC Learning Design, a rapid curriculum design method, which supports the co-creation of courses by producing a high level storyboard of the student learning journey and a detailed plan of learning activities.
- Pillar 3 deals with how we can make our learning inclusive.
- Pillar 4 focuses on evaluation, methods and constructive alignment.

The ABC Learning Design is a rapid curriculum design method, which supports the co-creation of courses by producing a high level storyboard of the student learning journey and a detailed plan of learning activities.
This paired with a learning outcomes workshop, tips and discussions on inclusion and evaluation, should prepare staff to develop their courses. |
