Session # 2: Diversity and Inclusion in Mobility

International mobility should be accessible and welcoming to all participants, regardless of their background. This session explores practical ways to reduce barriers and improve inclusion in mobility programmes through clearer communication, more accessible processes, and better outreach. The aim is to provide simple, actionable ideas that can be applied in daily work to support more diverse and equitable participation.
