The European Student Assembly (ESA) is a deliberative event that brings together around 250 students from across Europe. Organized by the EUC Voices Erasmus+ project, ESA allows students to debate and draft policy recommendations on the future of Europe.
Participants are divided into 8 thematic panels, and the experience includes both online preparation and an in-person assembly held in Strasbourg at the European Parliament.
How to Apply
Applications are open from 1 October to 2 November 2025 (23:59 CET) via the EUC Voices website: www.eucvoices.eu
You must apply directly through the ESA application form — there is no need to fill out any additional EUGLOH form.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be enrolled in a higher education institution that is part of one of the 65 European Universities Alliances (e.g., EUGLOH)
Be in at least the second year of a Bachelor's degree, up to PhD level
Be no older than 30 years
Be registered for the 2025–2026 academic year
Not have served as an ESA coordinator in previous editions

Costs and Support
Participation is free. Meals and 3 nights of accommodation are provided. Travel reimbursement is handled by each university alliance at their discretion.
