Online Session (June 17, 2025): An introduction to overcoming "immunity to change" and leading in times of uncertainty. Explore practical applications of these skills through case studies.
In-Person Event (June 24-25, 2025, Szeged):

- Parallel sessions divided between EUGLOH and everyone else on:
- Conflict resolution in international settings
- Digitalisation and AI in project management
- Feedback loops: setting goals, taking action, evaluating, and adapting
