About this seminar - Teamwork and collaboration
The primary objectives are to understand key challenges and strategies in multicultural teamwork, learn about personal skills necessary to work and learn in an intercultural environment.
In this session you will:
- Get an understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on team dynamics and communication
- Explore tolls and best practices for effective collaboration in intercultural environments
- Learn more about different roles within a team and strategies to enhance collaboration and productivity

About the EUGLOH Soft Skills Seminar Series - Build the skills that shape the future
The EUGLOH Soft Skills Seminar Series is an EUGLOH Career Network initiative designed by University of Porto, Lund University, University of Szeged and University of Alcalá in order to help students from all EUGLOH partner universities go beyond academic knowledge and boost the interpersonal and career readiness skills needed in today’s evolving job market.
