| Description | The course EHS Leadership and Organizational Behavior in Green and Global Health Transitions examines the intersection of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leadership with organizational behavior in the context of sustainable development and global health challenges. Students will explore how leadership, culture, behavior, and strategy shape occupational health outcomes, environmental performance, and organizational resilience in the face of climate change, digital transformation, and evolving policy landscapes such as the European Green Deal, the Just Transition Mechanism, and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (CSDD) directive. | Content and Methodology | The course uses a practice-oriented and inclusive pedagogical approach grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and equity-based teaching.
